Bladder Tanks for Liquid Storage

D&H Bladder tanks are extensively used for the storage of Water, Rainwater, Liquid Fertilisor and Slurries etc. Avaialable in a wide range of sizes trypically from 3000 litres to 1’500’000 Litres. Bladder tanks are quick and easy to install and they not require special maintenance. Bladder tanks are manufacturered from high quality materials offering a 10 year warranty and can also be used for a wide variety of Industrial applications.

Bladder tanks are the result of unrivalled skill and experience. All manufacturing stages, from selecting fabrics through to accessories are strictly controlled.

• Bladder Tanks are manufactured using high frequency (HF) Welding
• High strength Polyester fabric is coated with several layers of PVC
• Double side UV Stabilised
• Wide range of accessories for a wide range of applications
• The bands of fabric are assembled in a specific Geometric formation which gaurantees that the Bladder tanks are self-supporting.

Our range of Bladder tanks are manufactured and independently tested offering a tensile strength of upto 450Kg per 5cm2.

Installation

Installing our Flexible Bladder tanks requires a perfectly falt and horizontal surface. checked with a a level, clean and stable ground (no perferasting elements) which complies with the tank size when empty + 0.5mtr. The base muct be able to bear the weight of the full tank without either sinking or eroding. A protective mat can be used to insulate the tank from the ground. We recommend that you fill the tank with a few centimetres of water as soon as its installed. Tanks can be used permanently or temporarily.

Surface Preparations

For large volumes, a 15 to 20cm bed of compacted gravel is recommended to ensure base stability.  A finishing layer of 5 to 10cm of compacted sand is then required to avoid puncturing. Crushed materials should noit be used on the surface.
